Agents read the same governed models your reports use. Numbers are checked against the source before an insight is shown, and an insight that cannot be grounded is held back.
Advisory by default: the agent briefs, recommends and drafts, and a person approves. Tools are scoped to the signed-in user, and every tool call is logged.
Model usage is metered per user, with budgets and spend alerts, so a successful pilot does not become a surprise invoice.

No. We build on Azure OpenAI and Microsoft 365 Copilot, where Microsoft's enterprise terms state that your prompts and data are not used to train the foundation models.
Only where you decide it should. Our default is advisory: the agent drafts and a person approves. Where an action is consequential, Biclave can add an independent check by a second AI before anything runs.
We deploy into your own Azure tenant, and where the models are available we keep data and models in the South Africa North region.
