Afribit Agentic AI may collect and process the following types of information:
Customer account information
•Organisation name
•Tenant identifier
•Contact information provided by the customer
System usage information
•Service usage metrics
•Deployment configuration details
•Diagnostic logs for service reliability
Customer-provided data
Customers may connect their Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Afribit Agentic AI processes configuration metadata required to deploy and operate the platform.
Afribit does not access or use customer content except where required to deliver the service.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected may be used to:
•Deploy and operate Afribit Agentic AI services
•Authenticate customer environments
•Monitor system performance and reliability
•Improve platform functionality
•Provide technical support
4. Data Storage and Security
Afribit Agentic AI deployments occur within the customer’s Azure environment through Microsoft Azure Managed Applications. Customer data and resources remain within the customer’s Azure subscription unless otherwise specified.
We implement industry-standard security controls including:
•Azure role-based access control
•Secure credential storage
•Encryption in transit and at rest where supported by Azure services
5. Data Sharing
Afribit does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only:
•With Microsoft Azure services required for deployment and operation
•With authorised service providers supporting the Afribit platform
•When required by law or legal process
6. Customer Control of Data
Customers maintain ownership and control of their data stored within their Azure environment. Customers may delete resources or terminate deployments at any time.
7. International Data Transfers
Afribit services may operate on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in regions selected by the customer. Data handling is subject to Microsoft Azure regional compliance standards.
8. Changes to This Policy
Afribit may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
